2. Our Role: Lead Generation Service

Hard Money Lenders of Houston is an advertising and lead generation service that connects prospective borrowers with participating hard money lenders. We do not make loans, extend credit, take loan applications, issue loan commitments, set rates or terms, underwrite credit, fund loans, service loans, or make any credit decisions. All credit decisions, including whether to offer a loan and on what rates, terms, and conditions, are made solely by the participating lender you are matched with.

3. No Offer or Solicitation

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, commitment, or advice to lend or to borrow. Loan programs, rates, terms, and availability offered by participating lenders vary and are subject to change without notice. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or that any lender will extend a loan offer. Not all applicants will qualify.

4. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to submit an inquiry.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
• You must have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

5. Your Consent to Be Contacted

When you submit a financing inquiry and check the required consent box, you provide your prior express written consent for one or more participating lenders to contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, including by autodialer, prerecorded or artificial voice, SMS/text message, and email, regarding your financing inquiry. You understand your information will be shared with one or more participating lenders who may contact you. Consent to contact is not a condition of receiving any services or obtaining a loan. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by calling (713) 940-6146. A current list of participating lenders is available upon request.

6. Equal Opportunity

We connect borrowers with lenders who are Equal Opportunity Lenders. Participating lenders do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, marital status, or age.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
• Do not submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information, or information belonging to another person without their authorization.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, or any related services.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect information about users of the website without our prior written consent.
